I broke down to get this because this was on clearance and it seemed like a good value for a decent Lolita skirt. When I actually got it, it looked better than I thought. I actually really love it! I would rate this 5/5 but the zipper I got on mines kept getting stuck halfway through. I had to replace the zipper part myself because the second time I wore it, it got stuck completely and wouldn't give. Otherwise, this skirt is very, very nice and (now that I fixed it up) I am planning to get something else so that I have something matching.
