As shippment didn't happen on time, I wrote to the Customer Service and received the answer right away (explaining that the problem was with the vacation). However, they promised to ship immediatelly - which really happened. I received my package soon after, and I am amazed by the dress. It looks exactly like on the photos. It is a bit big to me, but nothing that we cannot fix with a local tailor. I think most of the reviews are unfair, or it was just me being lucky. I am very happy with the purchase and the 'risk' I took as my dress is really beautiful.13/03/2023
