I'm not sure why the bows aren't sewn on vs. including safety pins to pin it on, but seems to work out OK. Just remember if ordering from U.S., to adjust up for size.22/07/2014

The blouse looks exactly as advertised the only thing is that i have two ribbons by the top sleeves and i dont know what its for. I see the ribbon in front to make the bow but what are the other two for? Thank you.
