To log in, please click on ‘Sign In’ at the top of the homepage and fill in your information.
If you sign in through your Facebook or Paypal accounts you will need to use the password you have for these specific accounts and you are unable to change these passwords on the Milanoo website. Also, please note that you will not be able to see any order information whilst logged in to Milanoo through a different method from the one you ordered with. For example, if you order whilst logged in through Facebook, you will not be able to see the order information when you sign in through PayPal or directly through Milanoo.
If you are having trouble logging in we can give the following advice of actions to take:
1. Make sure Milanoo cookies are enabled on your device.
2. Please try logging in with a different computer or browser if you experience multiple failures with the same browser.
3. If you still can't log in, please contact our customer service center to help you.
