I'm also twelve and just starting in Lolita fashion. Is this a quality made dress ? ,,,cause some websites say that u scam people with the pictures.

I am chubby, but these dresses are precious. Will they look alright on a person who has big hips, a slight tummy, and a semi-small chest?

My hip, waist, and bust measurements all fit into the extra small, but I'm 65 inches tall which is the small. Should I go for what fits my body or my height? I don't want it to be too short but I also want it to fit snugly.

If you are between two size, please kindly choose the tailor made option and we will make it according to your measurements. If you don't want to spend the extra money, please choose the size S so the dress will not be short on you.  The other parts can be easy to fix at local.
