2. The points are automatically issued when the order status changes to complete.and gift points equal to the amount of purchases (shipping and insurance are not included). Round up the dollar amount

3. Points are issued to the corresponding account after the user confirms the receipt of the goods

4. Some products will be refunded multiple points

5. Orders that use points will no points returned

6. No points will be refunded for orders paid by gift cards

7. No points will be refunded for orders paid by e-wallet

8. If there is a return after the points are issued,we will return the corresponding points based on the receipt of the return.

9. Points clearing rules: clearing points in natural years

Note:

Each 10 points = $1. 

1. You can use the points starting from your second order, the discount is less than 10% of the amount of the items (on the total amount excluding shipping, insurance, and taxes).

2. If a refund occurs, the points will be credited to your account after the refund.

3. The points will be sent to the relevant account after the delivery is confirmed.

4. The points earned from the order are calculated based on the actual amount paid.

5. Point reset rules: points will be reset annually.
