Please know that most of our products require processing time (Tailoring & Handling time) which is displayed on the product page. Our products are divided into two types: The first type is the products that start to be made or prepared after confirming your payment. The second type is the products that in our warehouse, we will ship these products within 24 hours (Except weekends and Chinese holidays). The processing time is the number of days we will take to ship the item after receiving your payment. This includes order verification, product preparation or production, quality check and packing. This does not include the number of days the shipping service will take to deliver the package to you.

You can check the estimated shipping date (not delivery date) of the order on the order details page or in the system email about the order.

Total time (Expected) = Processing time (Expected) + Shipping time (Expected).
