I was wondering now, because some people are saying it does, but several times it says that it doesn't, does it come with the white part or not? Because if it doesn't, why would it be higher priced then the other one? and if it does, why is the company saying it doesn't? I'm a little confused as to whether or not it comes with the white part lol....
