The top gives the impression of a corset without really being one while the black centerpiece, which continues underneath the blue sidepanels, gives the impression that there is a black skirt underneath. The fabric is shiney and soft to the touch. The picture really doesnt show how lovely it really is. In one word; Fabulous.01/08/2013 -
