What material is this?

As my measurements were not accommodated by the ready-made dresses, I had my dress tailor-made. I had a professional tailor take my measurements to make sure that they were correct. My only suggestion would be to add maybe an inch or two to the bust measurement. It was just a bit tight. Otherwise, the dress fit great! One thing that is hard to see from the picture it that there are black laces on the side of the dress, kind of like a corset. I wore a full petticoat underneath and it gave the dress a nice fullness. Overall, I got lots of nice compliments. I will definitely order from Milanoo again!
