Can the Ribbon around the waist and the lace up ribbon come in a different color or be replaced to match my colors if I wanted to?

I know it's a lace up back and wondered if alterations need to be made how difficult would they be. Also, is it possible to be mailed a swatch of the fabric to be sure of the color?

Can the sleeves be long and in the same top materials ?
