Hi I want to purchase this dress but i just want make sure about the colour of the dress in the picture is it ivory, white or champagne? Are the flowers in the dress included? Can I also order additional flowers for my hair? Last question is does it really cost $14.99 to get it tailor made because I have read in the other reviews that it cost $24.99 and it says $14.99 under where you select the sizes. Thank you.
