I noticed the head was covered, are there any air holes

The fabric of the suit is shiny metanic, it is a little thick and air holes are small, but we can open a mouth for the mermaid suit. Please kindly refer to the tailor made option of the following three items:  Item Code:#04180003158  #04180003159  #04180003157
