Can the zipper open starting from the crotch area and up?

hey i'm looking at this item and the reviews and it seems like custom is the way to go. but i was wondering i'm a 35-28-35 but i'm 5'2". is there a size that can fit me but not be super long at the same time?

I live in California and want this suit by Halloween- in 20 days. Will it get here in time if I order it today? Also- if I ask for the zipper to be custom made to be a chest to belly button zipper, will that slow down the shipping at all?
