    This costume is made of quality material. Exactly as described. Fits well. Looks great with or without an extra hoop skirt. I bought an extra floor length crinoline slip and this gives it just the right fullness without a hoop skirt. This dress is very comfortable and a great value. Paid extra shipping to get it fast and was not disappointed. It came earlier than anticipated.

    Purchased this dress for an event set in circa 1870. Also used a hoop beneath it to puff it out. Lots of compliments, and it looks like more layers than it actually is, which was nice for Sept, The shirt is NOT the one that came with it, as the top was a little tight across my chest. But luckily I had something else.

    My 12yr old is so beautiful in this! She ordered a medium and it fits her perfect. She's about 5'4 and 120ish lbs. It just barely touches the floor with her petticoat on. She absolutely loves it.
