How much longer does it take to get it custom made? it is possible to have the dress in two weeks?

My concern with the pleats is I've heard they make your stomach appear larger than it is.

I would prefer having my back and shoulders covered. Would you be able to add a skin colored liner under the lace so it would appear as it was my skin, but it wasn't?

Will the lace detail be the same color of the dress (Ie. Green) or will the lace always be the grey colour?
