I ordered the dress for my prom and was skeptical at first. But only the delivery was very fast and arrived after only a few weeks. Unfortunately the dress is a bit too big for me? and way too long, but that should not be a problem to change this. The processing is not very good, but this only occurs on closer inspection. When the cruddy plastic zipper on my $140 bridesmaid dress broke three days before my best friend's wedding I overnighted this dress to the hotel the wedding was at and prayed it would match the ice blue the other bridesmaid were wearing . perfect fit except the bust was a bit loose (ordered a size ten, wear a 32C bra so that was to be expected). I bought this very last minute for a wedding when the original dress didn't come in. It fit perfectly, many compliments. The price is outstanding for a bridesmaid dress. The side zipper can be tricky but not because of design, I think it's just the nature of side zippers.
