Can you make the back hemline shorter to be able to dance without being stepped on?

If i order this wedding dress how soon can you deliver it to Texas, U.S.A

I love this dress but my wedding is out side is these any pictures of the dress without the train. I love to see how long it is without it. and is would that be more money to have the train taken off or dress thank you
