This dress is gorgeous. But I am on a dead line to purchase. I'm very interested in this one, but how long will it take to get to me? What does the processing time of 26 days mean?

I am interested in this dress, however could you tell me: 1) Does it come in other sizes? US 8 or 10? (I can only select US 2, 4 or 6 for some reason) 2) I know the outer lace is floor length, however, is the INNER SATIN dress floor length? Thank you

Just wondering is the inner dress is truly a short dress or if it is actually a full length like it's cover? Also, if the actual dress looks just like what it does in the picture, or if its slightly different?
