So, I did get the coat, and I'm pretty happy with it. It looks quite nice, though I'm a little disappointed that what appear to be pockets on the sides are really just flaps of cloth.

This coat looks really, really pretty, and I'll probably get it. I have a question, though. How long are the sleeves on a M-sized coat (not custom-made)?
