i want to ask about heel heigth..? is it 4" 1/2 or else it seems on the photo as it has heels over 5" or more.. and my other question is : do u ship to turkey and how much does it takes to reach..?

I am only 5feet tall and the max. tube length, if from the heel up for me would be around 50 cms. I notice from your answers to the other questions you can make to any size, is this possible for 50cms for a person of my size. Thanks
