if i ordered this right now how quick would it get to me? shipping time and processing?

I wanted to ask if you have this item from your website--- Eyes with Black Transparent Hood Item Code:#03710004193 in a light gray color with the same black fabric eyes, for an "alien" costume. And if so, could I use fabric paint to add details to the lycra?
