I'm an Australian size 14 and it was too small, even though another blouse was the right size in the large. Milanoo doesn't offer exchanges and returning it is discouraged - there's a 10% restocking fee, plus postage. They suggested I alter it and there was enough space in the seams that I could let it out. Unfortunately, the sleeves are still too short and the neck a bit tight, also a button fell of it the first time I wore it. So it's a great shirt, just make sure you get it bigger than you think you need.04/21/2015
