    I wouldn’t say this is fluffy, but it does have a distinct a line shape without the bulk of all the ruffles. So far this is looking like it will be my favorite petticoat. I wish they sold it in black!

    My favorite hoopskirt store stopped producing this hoopskirt after my petti gave out after 3 years and this was exactly identical. For size reference my waist is 28 inches and fits comfortably. Perfect for cupcake look.
