It ships bagged but turned inside out for protection. It is actually not wrinkled though except some cup creases which I can smooth out. The dress looks beautiful and just what I needed for photos! I was hesitant to order online but this worked great though I messed up the shoulder measurements a bit—my own fault but maybe take the time to get measurements professionally if you order a more structured style. This cut was more forgiving. This lace does catch on itself and I don’t know if that is normal as I don’t usually wear lace. It is perfect for me but if you are wearing it a long day and moving your arms a lot it might pull where it rubs. I love the plunge cut and sleeve cut with little wrist bows!
