Overall Fit:Ture to sizeThese boots are amazing!! They're crazy comfortable for heels and they are for real over the knee. I love the scrunching look without it actually falling down. However, these boots JUST do up over my calf. They are extremely tight on my calfs. They're very thick so they are warm and seem to be great quality. I would buy again.
