Great quality, awesome customer service. I'm very pleased with this catsuit. It was the first catsuit I ever purchased and I'm glad I got it from here. The only 2 things to make note of are that the actual catsuit is darker gray than the image, I understand shine is used, but even with shine, it isn't that metallic silver of the picture. The other thing is that the zipper has no flap to protect your skin from pinching, so be careful dressing and undressing.
