I absolutely love black and polka dots are perfect vintage design apart from paisley, I love that too. This skirt is superbly done. First of all it is a black and ruffled and then a layer of white lace and then repeat! Oh my it is just so pretty. I cannot wait to wear it at the wedding of a friend.
