Returning the dress if it does not fit?
Can I get a FULL refund if I return a dress that does not fit?

We offer the return service of quality issues products, but requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error from use must be sent to us via email first and accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received for RMA investigation. For no quality issues return, please return the items at your own expense within the 7 warranty days after you receive your package and we will reimburse you in all for the item payment once we receive your package and have it quality control. The RMA # and RMA form will be offered to you once we get your confirmation. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging We don't accept return package with customized items.
