Blue dress I’m 5’3” 147lbs and Tailor Made ordered. certainly met the need to have a fun birthday surprise. The hoop cage skirt does not come with the dress so I had to order it separately. The hoop skirt helped with the length as it pulled it up a bit. Pretty colors and nice fabric. I would order the dress again.
