If your package is damaged upon arrival please take photographs of the damaged areas. You must then apply for Return & Exchange through your Milanoo account and also send us the photographs and we will give you either a refund or vouchers depending on the extent of the damage.
If your package has not arrived on time please firstly check with your neighbors and the local sorting office in case it was delivered when you were not present. If it has not been delivered please apply for Return & Exchange through your Milanoo account. Also, please fill in a ‘Non receipt of goods disclaimer form’ and email it to our customer service team. You must sign the form by hand and then either scan it back onto the computer or take a photograph of it and send it to us via email to our customer service team here:
