I would like to buy Blue Sweetheart Beaded Embroidery Satin Organza Ball Gown Dress to my prom this spring. I read that I have to buy a Petticoat to the dress to be as fluffy as it is at the picture with the dress on the girl. I wounder if this is the Petticoat I should have with this dress? Or if it is any other that fits better? Please answer my question! :)

I've never used/bought a petticoat before.. so I was wondering, if the dress I was buying was shorter than this, could I buy the petticoat in a shorter length?

Do petticoats come with your dresses or do you have to purchase them seperately?
