Dear customer service team at Milanoo, Please provide me with cleaning instructions for the dress I ordered (Cotton Black Multi-layer Long Sleeves Gothic Lolita Dress Item Code:#06350013348). I could not find a tag wich provides instructions regarding cleaning the dress. Kind regards, Anna Katsnelson

 1: To keep the shape well ,hand wash is the better choice 2 :Just cold water is ok  ,3:it's better to use laundry detergent instead of laundry power to keep the item stay away from corrosion ,4  Vertically it in a ventilated place to dry, no exposure .no hair dryer ,5: it will  be okay to use a steam based iron on it slightly  .Please feel free to contact us if you need further inquiry ,thanks~

About where on the legs does this fall in terms of length? I'd love to where this to school, but there's a minimum length requirement. Is this long enough to properly cover panties, should the wearer bend over? Thanks in advance! I really adore this dress!

Im buying the dress for a model. Her height is 185cm but the rest of the dimensions are in a medium size. Will it be long enough? help.

Is it possible to remove long part of sleeve (without cuting of course) to get dress with short sleeves?

I love this dress! It is so flirty and feminine. I was worried that the XS I ordered would be too small, but if fit perfectly. For those wondering about the length, the dress hits me just above the knee, and I am just under 5'3". Keep in mind, the dress does not come with a petticoat, so it won't have the fullness, as seen in the photo. I like the dress so much, I will probably be ordering a Lolita skirt as well. Shipping was fast and without any hassles. Very nice messages from Customer Service Team. I am concerned that there are no instructions for cleaning the dress. It is cotton but has lace, so please let me know whether the dress is dry clean only and/or can be hand washed?
