I don't normally take the time to write a review but this one was so unexpectedly great I had to. I was looking for a formal dress to wear for NYE on 12/28...well because I am a procrastinator...and came across this. I am 5'2, with I consider an hourglass shape (with a little help from an a enhancement up top so I worry that I will spill out sometimes) so I ordered a small after mush debate with myself! I don't normally like to show off my shape with anything clingy because I consider myself to be a bit on the hippy side but everyone that posted pictures looked amazing in it so figured I would give it a try since it had a great return option and you couldn't beat the price. It came in the 2 days as promised and I just tried it on and absolutely love, love, love it! I will be wearing spanx with it because well...I wear them with everything but it is truly one of the most flattering dresses I have bought and I have a ton hanging in my closet. When I took it out of the packaging and realize the lining was a skin toned tee shirt material I was like this is going to be terrible and look cheap but I am happy to say that I terribly wrong. It is soft and comfortable and makes the lace lay beautifully. The next great thing was that then I put it on and the length is perfect for me as I like to wear the 3,-4, heels because I am so short. I am a 32/34 C/D up top and I am definitely not coming out as I thought I might. As I stood there in the mirror looking at it on me I thought ,I look great,...and let me tell you I never think that. I know that I have rambled on in writing this review but I just wanted to give it the praise that it deserved!

Beau-ti-ful!! I attended a white party and needed a lovely white dress. I was very impressed with the quality. The dress is heavy, fully lined and the beading detail is sewn in securely. There is even a bra strap on the back hidden under the back of the dress to provide extra support for the bust line along with the side zipper. Do not let the word "homecoming dress" fool you. I am age 43 and this dress would be beautiful on anybody.

I bought my size according to the size chart in the pictures, and after trying it on, it was tight around the hips. It also would benefit from having a hook and eye at the top of the zipper, but I was able to manage without. Many reviews commented on the length, which I believe is on the long side because you can have it hemmed to your specific height. After hemming it, I wasn't satisfied with the fit around the hips, making the zipper and satin core bunch up in an unflattering way. Thankfully, I opened the lining and found the seam allowances inside were 3/4-1, wide, making it easy to let out the dress where I needed it. After hemming it and letting out the hip area, it was the perfect fit, and I got many compliments on the dress when I wore it. I only give four starts because of the adjustments I had to make despite ordering to the size chart, but as for an off the rack dress at this price, I would recommend it. The bodice is see-through except for the lace and some built-in cups, but that wasn't an issue for me. Some reviewers cut out the triangle in the bust area, but I recommend keeping it if you're busty. If I had cut it out of the dress, it would have been way too revealing for my event. It's a fancy dress at a not-so-fancy price, which I absolutely loved.

This is a beautiful wedding dress. I am medium build, 5'7,, 140 lbs, usually wear size 4 or 6 clothes. I ordered a size 8. It fits like a glove. it is extremely long, even with my 3 inches heels it still needs to be shorten quite a bit, so don't worry if you are very tall. The Tailor who altered the dress for me was very amazed by the price for such a good quality dress. You have the choice of having a long tail or making the dress all the same length when you ask for alternation (I chose to make the bottom all the same length so I can dance comfortably in it). We had a destination wedding. The dress was easy to take along with in the vacuum bag it came with. When we arrived I took it to a local dry cleaner, they steamed it and it was ready in 30 mins! Highly recommended. Thank you to the manufacture for making this beautiful dress in such a affordable price.

The dress looks exactly as it does in the photo. I'm 5'4,, 130 lbs; my measurements are 35-28-38, wear a 34C bra and usually wear a size 4 in dresses. I ordered a size small and it fits perfectly. I tried the dress on with one of my regular demi pushup bras and it fit comfortably, then I tried the dress on with a Victoria Secret Miraculous bra (which is supposed to make you two cup sizes bigger) and it fit snug, but still comfortable enough to wear.The lace is very nice, the beige fabric underneath is soft teeshirt like material. Overall, well made. I laid the dress flat to take some measurements; chest from armpit-to-armpit is approx. 16.5 inches across; waist from where the bow is approx. 13.5 inches across; hips from widest part (near the upside down ,V, shape on dress) is approx. 18 inches across. The length of the dress (measured from the shoulder to the bottom of the dress) flat is approx. 56 inches long. It touches the floor with about 1/2 inch extra material, so it will be perfect with my heels.I was afraid that this dress would be uncomfortable on my arms because I have a broad shoulders and thick upper arms, however, the dress is very soft, stretchy, and beautiful and I can't wait to wear it to my friend's wedding!

I loved this dress! It was so cheap but felt like an expensive dress!! Im 5'2 and 115 pounds and I got a size 2. I had it hemmed so it's shorter in the picture. Without hemming it would go past my toes. It also was great because it looks like a strapless gown but it has the support of straps because of the sheer top. Perfect dress!

The black looks super sexy. I took me a while to notice anything else about the dress. The black looks that good. Its shiny, and the fabric is top notch. It feels great as well. The strapless aspect of the dress is the next best thing about it. The pattern of the top is also pretty cool. The dress also has a single black velvet rose to the side that looks very elegant. Its easy to accessorize – simple heels and pearl or dangling earrings go well with it. A clutch would be the best purse to carry with this dress.
