I'd like to know if a full coverage back is available with this dress, with a zipper instead of the lace up.

1. Can the lace of the sleeves be lined? 2. If not possible, can I order extra fabric so that I can have them lined? 3. Can I have the back of the dress be cut higher? I don't mind if it costs extra for the changes.
