i would like to purchase 2 of these dresses for my flower girls but am not quite sure of how the sizing works they are aged 8 and 18 months what would you suggest ? thanks

I'd like to know what size I need to order... The sizing chart has sizes 2-14 but then when you try to choose the size from the drop-down menu you have to choose from J4-J16. What is the correlation? Thanks!
