Well WOW! Black and white and that too in a polka dot design? This skirt was just made for me. I absolutely love black and polka dots are perfect vintage design apart from paisley, I love that too. This skirt is superbly done. First of all it is a black and ruffled and then a layer of white lace and then repeat! Oh my it is just so pretty. I cannot wait to wear it at the wedding of a friend. I couldn’t wait to get them delivered at my place, so I ordered them right away. I cannot forget to praise milanoo’s delivery system, it’s super fast and very reliable.
