La talla perfecta. El envio perfecto. Pero el vestido no corresponde con la imagen. Falta una falda de encaje debajo del tul. Ruego solucionen este problema lo antes posible y manden la falda de encaje que falta.

I purchased this ball gown wedding dress for my wedding this year and i couldn't be happier. It is really comfortable and the beaded in the dress are a nice plus. The top is incredibly flattering and I received LOTS of compliments on it. I even had a couple people ask where I got it as they wanted to go check it out as well.

What if the dress doesn't fit? what is your policy if the customer is unhappy?

http://www.milanoo.com/help/index-id-165-childcat-32.html There are 3 kinds of items which cannot be returned. They are tailor made items, clearance products and intimates (swimsuits,bustiers & corsets,leggings socks & tights, lingerie.ect) are not returnable. Return must be completed, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc) is not returnable. You need to contact us within 7 days since you receive the order so as to apply for a return RMA number.
