Occasionally, the possibility of package fail of delivery will be occurred, the package will be sent back to the original dispatching address after 2-3 times of attempting delivery. We shall notify you by email and ask permission for reshipping in the event of package was never delayed before the international shipment. A small amount of reshipping fare is required if you still like to receive the package. For any reason that cause the fail of package delivery and induce the package been returned to the original base by no further contact or phone call the customer when attempting to deliver the goods from Milanoo, a full refund or free reshipping will be taken in hand.
When you refuse a delivery attempt from Milanoo standard or Expedited shipment method, the package is marked "return to sender" and shipped back to Milanoo. Once it arrives, it will automatically generate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. At that point you will receive email updates as to the status of how we take further action on partial refund, which will generally take place 3-5 business days after the return arrives. You will be refunded with different amount or proceed to reship the package based on the time frame we spent on your order processing or any situation cause of failure delivery by each side.
