Though this costume looks real enough, I think the one in the cartoon is much better looking. You watch the cartoon and you end up expecting something that looks awesome and straight out of the cartoon but then I end up getting the costume that I got. It wasn’t too bad but it was a disappointment mainly because of my own high expectations. But I think it was quite worth it at $118. For that price, you get pants, the red jacket, a headband, a shirt and a waistcloth. This dress set is also available with a plastic sword but that cost about $20 extra. I chose not to get that one. That costume set also includes a sword sheath which makes this a complete set. Or you could just buy the plastic sword on Milanoo for $10 separately.

What an amazing costume. It is made from cloth. SO soft and comfortable. The style is the real Japanese style. Casual, big and light. Like it. If it has the shoes, that would be perfect.

Rurouni Kenshin Misao Makimachi Satin Cosplay Costume

The purple color of the costume is quite stunning. It looks exactly like the one in the cartoon. It is also very comfortable thanks to the material which is light and breezy. I’ve always been a fan of Misao Makimachi and I think it’s so cool to have her clothes in my costume collection. I can’t wait to wear it to the next anime theme party one of my friends are going to host. You guys should seriously think about selling this costume with the Makimachi wig and baton. That way, it’s a full package and fans wouldn’t have to buy the wig and baton separately. But then again, it wasn’t too hard finding the wig and baton because Milanoo had both of them in stock! I look forward to shopping with you again.

Rurouni Kenshin Saito Hajime Shinsengumi Cosplay Costume

I had top make some changes in the costume myself when I got it but apart from that, it was good enough. I think the color is a bit off compared to the real thing, but this the closest thing to the real costume that I came across so I bought it. The fabric is thick and made of wool so make sure you wear a slip inside because otherwise it can get very itchy. The pants are made of cotton that are actually very comfortable that I find myself wearing it around the house. So the $100 I paid for it has more than one use. It is sad to see that it is not like the clothes in the cartoon but I am looking forward to wearing it the next anime convention in a month.
