the mask itself doesent go over the left eye. the forehead protector goes over the eye. the mask goes over the bridge of the nose and under the eyes

Like one of the previous people who have commented has pointed out, the way the mask has been depicted here in the image is a little off from the actual way the veil is sported in the anime. It doesn’t go over the eye but just goes over the bride of the nose, UNDER the eye. Apart from that however it seems nice and fits just about most normal sizes of heads though I am not too sure that it would go very well on children’s heads. The fabric is good enough that you do not develop any allergies and can be worn even during prolonged cosplay sessions without any fear of choking or being short of breath thanks to the fact that it is rather porous allowing the free flow of air.
