Does this men's suit include the entire thing shown? Such as, the tie, long-sleeved shirt, and belt and not just the jacket and pants?

I love this design for North Italy's uniform -- though too bad that the price went up. It'd be awesome if the price went down a bit. Same with the other cosplays. Good job though!

I'm really interested in purchasing this cosplay, but may I ask why it only gives the mens size options? Would I have to measure myself according to the mens chart? Because it only gives me the option to buy the mens sizes or the children's. Please reply!
