Meitantei Conan Kaito Kid Cosplay Costume

This cosplay looked awesome in the picture. I didn't get the expedited shipping I paid for, and the frills on the cape are at my elbow, not at my shoulder. The left glove has a rip in the side of it, away from the thumb and it was there when I first opened it. Everything else is fine (aside from the droopy hat, but it looked that way in the picture so I can't complain.) I only wish it had a monocle as well.
