Good afternoon, I bought you the item whose code is #04830072667. My order code is en-uk_1106120507_480. I received the package today. There is a big problem. I took the risk not to be reimbursed by ordering a personnalized size cosplay. The one I received is unwearable! I specified that my waist size was 67 cm and my hips size was 88 cm. When I put on the strapless brassiere through my legs, I don't even need to open the zip and I have no difficulties with my hips! So that means that this part of the cosplay is larger than the 88 cm of my hips! You say with a personnalized costume you don't give back any money but here, I think you did a mistake! I gave you my measurements! (bust : 90 cm, waist : 67 cm, hips : 88 cm, height : 161 cm). So what can we do? I can't even sell it! How can I return it? Do I have to go to the post office and pay to send it to you? Can I give it to a shop or something else that will send it back? Thank you for your response, I am really really disappointed.
