I just wanted to share some sentiments that I had encountered in your online store. Actually, I ordered by volume in all different sizes and in a whole sale price. Lately, got hold of the package and I did totally felt bad know that I was charged per piece of the item without deducting the discount rate given in their price chart. I informed milanoo about the matter and to my surprise I was just told by their officer in charge that they have nothing to do with it because the transaction was all done. Oh my gosh! What a big deficit on my part!
