I was very much skeptical to get this dress for my prom, but I actually love it! There were several problems though. 1) I was told the dress would be here on the 31st of March. It is now April 11, and I have finally recieved it. I contacted customer service, and they were extremely polite about the situation and even put a rush on on my order. 2) My mom and I had ordered the dress in a 12, even though I usually wear a 6 because my mom wanted to be able to wear it as well. When it came in today, it was weird, because it fit perfectly! I expected the 12 to be MUCH bigger. Overall, I am satisfied and do plan on ordering from this company again! :)

I received the dress I ordered but it has a tear in it. I have been trying to get an RMA # to return the dress and cannot get anyone to respond to me. I have called every phone number and none are valid. I sent an email via live chat and have not received any response to date. I would appreciate it if someone would contact me or send me an RMA # so I can return this dress.

I was a bit skeptical and concerned about how it would look as far as the quality and i didnt like the price but I got it today and I totally love my dress. The dress is really lined so go one size up especially if you are busty. Remember its easy to adjust a bigger dress worse case scenario. One size bigger is really the way to go since its lined.
