How to measure

Tips

1. Take your measurements in the afternoon, when feet tend to be their largest.

2. Wear the same socks or stockings that you will wear with your new shoes. Example: barefoot for sandals, thick socks for winter boots.

3. Some people have one foot slightly longer/wider than the other. Measure both feet,and use the longest and widest measurements to fit your shoes.

4. Don't assume your shoe size is the same as it always has been. The shape of your feet changes over time.

5. Insole length may be slightly larger than your foot length, especially with pointy toe shoes.

6. Shaft circumference and height vary with size. Their interval between sizes is about 0.2" (0.5cm).

7. There may be 0.8" (2cm) deviation because of manual measurement.

8. Some shoes are given recommendations to order smaller or larger (e.g. runs narrow; order 1/2 size up).

9. If half sizes are not available, order a full size up.

10. If you have narrow feet and a narrow-fit isn’t offered, consider going down a half-size if possible.

11. If you have wide feet and a wide-fit isn’t offered, try going up a half size to create more room.

12. If you don't know your size in athletic/running shoes, consider ordering a half size larger than your normal size.

1.Foot length

The distance between two parallel lines between toe and heel.

How to measure

1.Stand your foot on a piece of flat paper - with your heel and longest toe centered on the line. 2.Holding a pencil vertically, trace around your foot. 3.Measure the distance of the two parallel lines between the longest toe and heel. 4.Measure your other foot using the same method.
2.Insole length

The length of the inner cavity of the shoe.

Note

Insole length is usually longer than foot length especially for pointy toe shoes.

3.Foot Girth

How to measure
1. Wrap the measuring tape around the ball of foot (the widest part behind toes).
2.Measure circumference of your ball girth precisely.
3.Check ball girth of the other foot in the same way.
4.The bigger one of the two measurements is the true value.

1.Boot Circumference

The measurement around boot’s shaft at the fullest part of the calf.

How to measure

1.Prepare a flexible meauring tape, stand still.

2.To find your boot circumference, measure the straight-line length around the fullest part of calf.
2.Shaft Height

The measurement from the point where the heel meets the shaft of the boot all the way to the top of boot’s shaft.

How to measure

1.Prepare a flexible meauring tape, stand still.

2.To find your shaft height, measure the distance from the bottom of your heel to just below your kneecap.

Maintenance Points for Different Shoes:

Shoes Made of Smooth Leather

Clean with a soft bristle brush or a light cloth to remove any remains of old shoe polish.

Apply a small amount of new shoe polish using a brush, leave it to be absorbed.

Brush them gently when the top surface of the shoes is dry.

Shoes Made of Nubuck (Suede)

Clean a dry shoe with a soft brush for cleaning nubuck, a piece of soft rubber for more persistent dirt.

Use a protective spray twice a week to protect your shoes from rain and snow.

Apply the protective spray at least once before you wear shoes for the first time, and let the treated shoes dry thoroughly after each application.

Shoes Made of Patent Leather or Patent PU

Wipe off any dust with a damp cloth and leave to dry.

Apply a special patent leather cleaning cream.

Use a dry polishing cloth to buff your shoes to a nice patina, after the cream soaks in.

Don’t use a brush to apply patent leather cream to your shoes. Brushes can damage the shiny outer layer.

Don’t leave patent leather in direct contact with patterned or colored polythene bags. The fine film that patent leather is covered in, may pick up an imprint from the polythene that will result in permanent damage.

Other Tips:

Protect Shoes from rain, snow, mud and stains with a regular application of protective spray or appropriate shoe polish. This will help the materials keep their resistance to moisture and maintain their elasticity.

Complete the drying process at a room temperature.

Don’t expose them to direct sources of high temperature (for example the stovetop or a heating element), because high heat will cause them to lose their softness and flexibility.

Don’t dry shoes out in the sun, because their colors will fade. Recommended to put some paper into shoes to wick away any excessive moisture and to help the shoes keep their shape.

Use a shoehorn when putting on your shoes so that the shoes can keep their shape for a long time.

Don’t press down with your heel on the leather edge of the shoe because you might crush it and permanently damage it or the heel cap.

Once we approve your RMA request, an RMA number will be sent to you accordingly. Please tag/print/write the RMA number on the outside of your shipping package.

RMA number will be expired after 3 days once we issue it, therefore, we suggest you sending back the package to us as soon as possible. Also, the returned package should be postmarked within 3 business days and at the same time offer us relevant courier & tracking information for us to track your returned package.

After receiving the returned package, our RMA department will process the RMA as well as inspect the returned items. For a refund RMA, the refund funds will be posted to you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to make it available. The processing time is vary and according to your bank’s policy.
